Shipping Policy

This page provides details on our shipping process. For information regarding Orders, Returns and Liability, please refer to our full Terms and Conditions. We only deliver to mainland UK, contact us for more information.

We do not offer free shipping.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs will apply. Both Queens and Nucs are delivered through Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

Shipping charges are visible at checkout:

£8.50 for Queen delivery (regardless of quantity)

£15.00 per Nucleus delivery. 

Any orders which DO NOT contain Live Bees go Royal Mail:

£8.50 up to 9.99kg

£15.00 for orders of 10kg or more.

• Charges are based on courier rates and may change if items do not meet courier conditions.

• If shipping costs need to be adjusted, Bees-R-Us will contact you within 2 working days to resolve the issue.

• Once we receive your order, we will email you a confirmation with the final shipping cost.

Additional Charges:
Deliveries to non-mainland UK (including Isle of Man, and offshore islands) and certain postcode areas in the Scottish Highlands WILL incur courier surcharges.
Bulky or heavy items may also carry extra charges for delivery to Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and offshore islands. We will contact you in advance of any extra charges once the order is placed. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland.

 

Delivery Times

• All stock items: Dispatched within 2 working days of when the order is placed. We send goods out on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

⚠️ Whilst we aim to dispatch promptly, next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control with Royal Mail. We use Tracked 24 services and all tracking will be sent to you directly once shipped.
