Both Nuc's and package bees are provided in a non-returnable white corrugated, correx plastic box, price of box £10.

Nuc's - sourced from Mid Wales, come as a 5 frame nuc (British National Standard Brood) with a 2010 queen. Supplied in a correx plastic five frame nuc box.

Package Bees - A package of approximately 10,500 - 11,000 bees and a caged, mated 2010 Carniolan Queen. Supplied in a correx plastic box (which can be adapted as a 'nuc' box to take 5 British National Standard Brood Frames.)

Instructions for the installation of Package Bees will be included with each order, upon collection.

As package bees arrive 'brood' free, with NO FRAMES (similar to a swarm in a box), once newly installed they can be treated with oxalic acid (for varroa), if you so wish!
